The VPC sharing feature allows the network or infrastructure team to focus on the architecture of the enterprise network. In addition, the business team can focus on business development. Features released: VPC sharing is based on the resource sharing mechanism. The owner of a VPC can share the resources of the VPC vSwitches with other Apsara Stack accounts (participants) that belong to the same Apsara Stack enterprise account. An owner is typically the infrastructure team of an enterprise. The team is responsible for creating VPCs and configuring networks, and sharing the resources of the VPC vSwitches with participants. The participants can purchase the following resources in the shared vSwitches without the need to configure the networks: Elastic Compute Service (ECS), ApsaraDB RDS, and Server Load Balancer (SLB) instances.
