Target customers: all ApsaraDB RDS for SQL Server users. Features released: If you do not require a pay-as-you-go RDS instance that uses a dedicated instance type, you can suspend the RDS instance. After the RDS instance is suspended, the computing resources of the RDS instance are released, and you are no longer charged for the computing resources.
