Target customers: 1. Users of core enterprise system databases, such as trading and financial system databases. 2. Users in the industries that require ultra-high data reliability, such as finance, banking, securities, and insurance. Features released: ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL 5.7 Enterprise Edition now supports general-purpose instance types: 1. Compared with dedicated instance types, general-purpose instance types provide cost-effective low specification instances with a CPU-to-memory ratio of 1 to 2. The lowest specifications are 1 core CPU and 2 GB memory. 2. A general-purpose instance can be upgraded to a dedicated instance, and a dedicated instance can be downgraded to a general-purpose instance. 3. Nine general-purpose instance types are provided: mysql.n2.small.25 (1 core CPU and 2 GB memory), mysql.n2.medium.25 (2 core CPU and 4 GB memory), mysql.n2.large.25 (4 core CPU and 8 GB memory), mysql.n2.xlarge.25 (8 core CPU and 16 GB memory), mysql.n4.medium.25 (2 core CPU and 8 GB memory), mysql.n4.large.25 (4 core CPU and 16 GB memory), mysql.n4.xlarge.25 (8 core CPU and 32 GB memory), mysql.n4.2xlarge.25 (16 core CPU and 64 GB memory), and mysql.n8.2xlarge.25 (16 core CPU and 128 GB memory ).
