SQL Server 2016 and 2012 Standard Edition (dual-node) The data recovery of a single database is used for software services running in multitenancy mode. As several branches or departments in a large corporation share the same database instance, they use different databases on the instance. When they back up or restore data of a single database, the operation will not impact other branches or businesses. New features: RDS for SQL Server supports the data recovery of a single database. When you restore data to a new instance, you can choose to restore data to a point in time. This feature supports the data recovery of the entire database or several tables in the database. When you choose to partially restore a database, the list of tables (up to 100 tables) in the backup data appears. If many tables exist in the instance, you can enter the table name to restore a specified number of tables to the new instance.
