Intended customers: users that want to retrieve accidentally released public IP addresses. For example, this feature can be used to change the ownership of a public IP address from customer A to customer B. After customer A has released an IP address, customer B can use this feature to retrieve the IP address. Released feature: a new EIP feature is now available for creating the specified IP addresses or retrieving historical IP addresses.
