Established in 1963, Heep Hong Society is a leading education and rehabilitation organization offering professional assessment, guidance, training, and family support services. Heep Hong Society is a team of professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, social workers, and teachers. It serves more than 23,000 children, young people, and parents every year at its service units, as well as mainstream kindergartens and primary and secondary schools.

Due to the unpredictable Hong Kong typhoon season, Heep Hong Society's annual flag day faces potential setbacks. Despite the cancellation of this year's street fundraising due to extreme weather, Heep Hong Society navigated through the challenge with the Alibaba Cloud online flag-selling fundraising platform. Remarkably, online flag-selling contributed over 50% of the fundraising amount. Reduced from geographical and weather constraints, this method significantly enhances fundraising efficiency.
