The unification of Hang Seng's system with DingTalk and the cloud has enabled corporate customers to access Hang Seng's e-banking services online via the DingTalk app. Hang Seng Online currently enables receipt and statement query and bank reconciliation. It allows customers to preview, batch download, and batch print account statements, removing the need for correspondence through encrypted emails.
