It offers a range of essential features under the MPay platform, including online and offline payments, fund transfers, telecommunications and utility bill payments (such as water, electricity, and gas), online ticketing systems, self-service parking payment through MPark, and bus QR code payments. These versatile and convenient features guide users to embrace a new lifestyle in the era of smart cities. In addition to providing consumers convenient electronic payment services, MPay offers users the mCoin loyalty platform dedicated to promoting reward programs. MPay allows users to earn points through transactions and enjoy various benefits and discounts when redeeming their accumulated points. It brings joy and satisfaction to users while enhancing their overall payment experience.

The public’s demand for electronic payment services is experiencing rapid and widespread growth. However, this trend presents challenges for the local infrastructure in terms of operation, maintenance, and upgrades. In order to continuously provide a stable, fast, reliable, and compliant user experience with the mCoin service, MACAU Pass uses Alibaba Cloud technologies and products, such as Server Load Balancer (SLB), Elastic Compute Service (ECS), ApsaraDB RDS, and Object Storage Service (OSS) to implement basic services, including load balancing, high-performance and highly available network, data security, and storage. MACAU Pass also uses VPN Gateway to ensure the security of network connections to its data centers across regions. In addition, MACAU Pass uses ApsaraDB for Redis, Dataworks, and QuickBI to obtain high-performance in-memory database services and a complete data development, management, and operations platform. QuickBI provides fast and flexible business intelligence analysis services.
