This template demonstrates the best practices of using the WDL-Canu solution provided by Batch Compute to conduct third-generation genome assembly.

Procedures
The deployment instruction for the solution - Use Batch Compute for Third-generation Genome Sequencing and Assembly is following:
1. Check the alibaba cloud account permission, should include these services ECS, VPC, NAS, and BCS, RAM, and OSS.
2. Click the Create Stack button/link, follow the wizard to specify parameters and etc.
3. Once the stack created, Canu assembly task is submitted, if required, ECS information is queried via the stack output page, commands (cd /root/tmp && ./start_canu_task.sh) are executed in the ECS console or logged in to the ECS instance via SSH.
