2. How many types of passes does the conference offer? What are the benefits of each type of pass?
- The 2023 Apsara Conference offers two types of passes: VIP passes and guest passes. VIP pass holders can attend the keynote session and all breakout sessions, enter all exhibition halls, enjoy VIP-dedicated business lunches, enter the VIP Lounges, and use exclusive entrance channels. Guest pass holders can only attend the breakout sessions and enter the exhibition halls on the dates specified in the pass application. Passes are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please note that seats for all sessions are not reserved and will be filled based on the order of arrival. Additionally, certain closed-door sessions are exclusively available to invited guests.
3. Why do I have to submit my identity information?
- In compliance with the security requirements set by the regulator for large-scale events, participants must complete real-name authentication. It is important to provide an identity document number when filling out the pass application. When entering the conference venue, you will be asked to present your original identity documents for identity verification.
4. Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
- No, transferring passes is not allowed.
5. Can I have multiple passes for the conference?
- No. Each person can only apply for one pass with one Alibaba Cloud account, mobile phone number, and identity document number.
6. How can I view my ticket?
- Users who have successfully applied for a ticket can visit this page and click Check My Ticket after login to view the ticket.
7. Is there an age limit for participants?
- Participants under 18 years old must have a pass and be accompanied by their legal guardians to attend the conference.
8. How can international guests check in and enter the venue?
- For international guests who have successfully applied for a ticket, you need to bring the original identity document (matching the identity information used for your registration) to any Registration Area, and use the Overseas Guest Channel for on-site manual verification. After passing the verification, you will receive your conference credentials and entry QR code. You can enter the venue by scanning the QR code at the security checkpoint.
9. Will there be simultaneous interpretation services available on-site?
- Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided for Chinese speeches at the conference powered by "Tongyi Tingwu" cloud service. Please bring your own earphones and scan the QR code provided at the venue to access to the interpretation.
