Michael Ma is a key member of Alibaba Cloud's International Industry Solution Architecture. As a leader of the Financial Industry Solution Team, he oversees Alibaba Cloud's financial industry projects for financial service customers, designing financial solutions and creating new solutions based on industry needs. Before joining Alibaba Cloud, Michael worked as Risk Management Solution Architect for the Ant Group. He helped build Indonesia’s top two e-wallet Risk Tech Teams and risk management business capability. Michael also worked with banks in Mainland China on risk management projects. He is a certified PMP and a project management expert with agile project management and big project experience. Michael is also certified as an Alibaba Cloud Professional (ACP) in Cloud Computing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.

Morgan Terigi is the Co-Founder of Incomlend, an alternative finance provider that aims to improve financial inclusion for companies worldwide. Incomlend is a first-of-its-kind global invoice exchange where cross-border trade finance is safe to invest in and highly accessible. Incomlend has funded thousands of trades through more than 50 countries. The funding of these trades has facilitated the movement of goods to and from major global trading hubs, particularly in Asia and Europe. Morgan also founded LC Lite, which directly connects importers and exporters via an integrated ecosystem, consolidating transactions safely and efficiently across the entire supply chain. She studied Mechanical Engineering at HEC Paris. Monica has held director roles in Hong Kong and Bangladesh and has nearly 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in international Import-Export Trading & Manufacturing. Incomlend won “Best FinTech Startup” at the 2020 GTR Leaders in Trade Awards.
