Kunden, die Alibaba Cloud über Vodafone buchen, steht ein deutschsprachiges Serviceteam rund um die Uhr telefonisch zur Verfügung. Die Leistungen werden einfach und komfortabel direkt über die Vodafone Rechnung nach tatsächlicher Nutzung abgerechnet, eine Bezahlung über ein zusätzliches Paypal- oder Kreditkartenkonto ist nicht notwendig.

Vodafone is Alibaba Cloud‘s partner in Germany
Alibaba Cloud has chosen Vodafone to co-locate its first data centre in Europe (Frankfurt) and to be its authorized reseller in Germany. Under this new partnership, customers can now purchase Alibaba Cloud products from Vodafone in Germany and enjoy access to 24-hour German-language customer service support via telephone. Cloud products can be purchased directly via Vodafone without the need for separate billing.
Customers can choose between Vodafone’s range of service offerings, including end-to-end encrypted IPSec connection integration into the customer’s own company network via MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching), as well as offerings from other service providers that customers wish to integrate.
Hybrid cloud solutions are also available via Vodafone’s Private Cloud solutions.
