Challenge
According to Tronergy's experience, many clients are accustomed to using traditional web hosting services. But as their projects evolved, it was difficult for them to increase the bandwidth or improve performance dynamically and automatically by only using traditional web hosting solutions. Clients may also require the integration of several other business solutions to quickly customize their projects, such as adding text messaging (SMS), optical character recognition (OCR), email push, and chatbot features. Building a new solution from scratch would be unacceptable for many businesses as the time and cost required will be too high.

Alibaba Cloud Elastic Compute Service helps Tronergy and its clients save costs through its flexible pricing methods, and frees them from scalability concerns regardless of the size of the project. In addition, Alibaba Cloud provides reliable cloud solutions for Tronergy to deal with different scenarios. Most of Tronergy's technical requirements can be readily fulfilled by Alibaba Cloud's products and services. Tronergy only needs to purchase what it needs to launch its projects.
Architecture
One of Tronergy's clients have recently published an online education application. Because the client did not have many users at the beginning, Tronergy chose Alibaba Cloud Elastic Compute Service to host the application. The client only needed to pay for what they need and adjust the ECS configuration later as required. As the client's business grew and the project proceeded to the second phase, several Alibaba Cloud products were added in order to provide more customer-friendly services. This include Alibaba Cloud Short Message Service (SMS), Alibaba Mail (for push marketing), and Intelligent Robot for business consultation using chatbots. These products can be easily integrated into the client's online education application as the project was built based on Alibaba Cloud ECS.
