Alibaba Cloud DataWorks big data platform, MaxCompute large-scale data warehousing solution and Elasticsearch analytics solution, enhanced DANA’s data analytics capability, and support DANA to understand shifts in market trends and user behavior patterns.

DANA also heavily used the Alibaba Cloud Data Management Service (DMS) to manage multiple environmental databases, tracking data changes and improve database development efficiency in a visualized data management platform.

Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Support Program provided DANA a dedicated technical account manager (TAM) and dedicated 24x7 real-time support for the best customer service experience.

Alibaba Cloud simplified and modernized DANA’s IT infrastructure. It reduced its operational workload and built a secure and fast transaction network. The payment solution provider gained upfront savings on its server investments and reduced latency across its network for its customers, IT team, and partners.
