Raymond focuses on driving cloud adoption through digital transformation practices in several vertical markets. He has rich experiences in the technology field and specializes in cloud computing, big data, smart city, digital marketing, search engine, and information management areas.

Dr. Guo Dongbai is currently CTO of Lazada, focusing on cloud computing and e-commerce. He has 16 years of experience in R&D of large-scale software architecture, particularly in the design, development and maintenance of Internet scale high availability and high throughput services.

With more than 15 years' experience in E-commerce and Cloud, Thomas Ho is currently responsible for leading the Smart City Project in Macau and transforming Macau to be a digitalized city. Also, Thomas’s other role is to lead the Channel and Alliance team in Alibaba Cloud under Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, and the Philippines.

Albert leads Innovation Solutions at Alibaba Cloud, and has extensive digital transformation experience leveraging the advanced business solutions from the Alibaba digital economy in China. Prior to Alibaba, he worked with major MNCs on their digital business aspirations and technology strategies across APAC.

Mia manages training programs to enable key customers and partners to learn the best practices of Alibaba Cloud products and solutions. She also works on programs for education institutions and business incubators, helping them to grow their knowledge and skills in the latest cloud technology.

Yuan Sang is the Solutions Architect for Alibaba Cloud Elastic Computing Service. She has over 8 years' experence of data center technology for computing and network. Yuan Sang is currently responsible for generating ECS solutions and driving ECS business in APAC.

Eugene S. Chung is responsible for leading IaaS-PaaS. He helps customer’s Digital Transformation efforts with extensive experiences in DevOps and Cloud infrastructure for years. Before he joined the company, he’s done many projects for leading global brands such as DBS, Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, DBS, n11.com open market in Turkey, Google, First Data Corp, CitiBank, and SK Telecom.

Jeremy is a passionate technologist excited about the opportunities created when SMBs embrace the cloud. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT sector and holds a Masters in Computer Vision. He is dedicated to helping customers outside China understand and make use of Alibaba Cloud’s platform.

Roger Wang is Network Solutions Architect at Alibaba Cloud, focusing on SDN, SDWAN and hybrid-cloud technology to provide customers from different industries with high-quality, low-latency, resilient and flexible intranet and internet solutions.

An Alibaba Cloud Cybersecurity Architect, with 8 years of cybersecurity-related product operations and development experience. He has a deep understanding of cybersecurity technology innovations and assisted many MNCs to solve their cybersecurity concerns for their business in China.
